‘Moving forward with private renting – 2025 and beyond’ is a FREE event packed with information about the Renters’ Rights Bill, guidance and information from a range of speakers as well as practical ideas to help landlords and letting agents engage with tenants and more. Our keynote speaker will be Suzanne Smith, founder of The Independent Landlord website and YouTube channel.
